Congressman Jamie Raskin met with constituents of Maryland’s 8th District on July 20 to discuss the results of a government-reform survey and brainstorm solutions the country’s political system.  This ‘policymaking simulation’ helps participants to make their own recommendations on how they would want their member of Congress to vote.
