Hundreds attended a rally organized by the anti-gun violence group "Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America" in a packed house at the Unitarian Congregation of Rockville on Sunday. The gathering was planned even before the Florida school shooting that left 14 students and three staff members dead on Valentine's Day.

"We are not keeping our people safe," Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) told the group.
