Residents hold Frederick vigil for reunification of families separated at U.S.-Mexico border

Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-Md. 8th), who attended Sunday’s vigil, shared with the crowd how the Trump administration’s policies were keeping him up at night. Raskin attended Harvard Law School and is a constitutional law professor at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
