    
Rep. Raskin's 117th Congress Committee Assignments

Dear Neighbor:
It is a surpassing honor to represent you in the 117th Congress. I wanted to share with you more information about my committee assignments for the new Congress. We have an ambitious legislative agenda in 2021, and I look forward to working hard for Maryland's 8th District on the following committees.
House Judiciary Committee
This will be my third term serving on the House Judiciary Committee, and I am returning as a Member on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Subcommittee and the Antitrust, Commercial and Administrative Law Subcommittee.

Committee on Oversight and Reform
This will be my third term serving on the Committee on Oversight and Reform. I'm thrilled to return as the Chair of the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Subcommittee and a Member of the Government Operations Subcommittee.

Committee on House Administration
This will be my third term serving on the Committee on House Administration. I am eager to continue working with our distinguished Chair Zoe Lofgren.

Rules Committee
This will be my second term serving on the Rules Committee and as the Chair of the Subcommittee on Expedited Procedures. I look forward to working with our outstanding Chair Jim McGovern.

Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis
This will be my second term serving on the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis. Established in April 2020, we will continue our work to see the country through the deadly pandemic.

I'm thrilled to continue working with my wonderful colleagues and the Chairs of our committees. As we advance our legislative agenda for the people, I look forward to working closely with the Biden Administration to restore government as a powerful instrument for the common good. Along with our colleagues in the Senate, we will get America back on the road to progress and well-being for all.
